KEY RESPONIBILITIES

1. Month-end and Year-end Closing

· Recognize expense incurred in the period of revenue earned

· Prepare vouchers and journal entries for monthly closing

· Monitor expenses cycle for allocated brands

· Responsible for getting appropriate evidence for payment

· Prepare Debit memo for intercompany transactions

· Support Brand teams with requested report for expense and payment

 

2. Report

· Prepare expense breakdowns for allocated brands on a monthly basis

· Responsible for account payable reports, Advance reports, GR/IR reports etc.

 

3. Audit and Taxs Preparation

· Prepare related documentation and SOX Assessment for Procure to Pay

· Prepare withholding tax return and V.A.T filing to the imposition of E-Tax invoice

 

EDUCATION

· Bachelor's degree

· Preferably majored in Accounting or Business Administration

 

EXPERIENCE

· Entry level

· Preferably 0~2 years of working experience in finance & accounting related field

 

FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCITIES

· Fluent in English both speaking and writing

· Ability to use SAP

 

OTHER COMPETENCITIES

· Enthusiastic and proactive

· Strong sense of responsibility
