●Job Description :
Supply Chain Planning & Operation management.
- Supply Chain planning role responsible for meeting internal/external customer service requirement capitalizing on the optimal production planning and inventory management in addition to driving the cost saving via efficient supply chain management.
- Be the supply chain manager representing Product Supply to the business team, the manufacturing sites and 3rd party logistics companies, and manage 3rd party logistics companies to drive supply chain optimization and customer satisfaction.
- Plan/Adjust product supply plan to support business requirements while delivering fundamental supply chain performances of Customer service/Inventory/Cost.
- Continue to drive improvement of supply chain performances via leadership, strategic thinking and innovation & follow-through to contribute to business.
- Lead Execution planning (Manufacturing and secondary packaging) by integrating short/long term demand and customer requirements with Rough Cut Capacity Planning for operation capacity and capabilities
- Lead Initiatives management from initial stages to product introduction and introduction to the market in terms of supply chain.
- Lead Cost saving projects and supply chain optimization by working with various sourcing plants outside and Korea Supply chain driven value creation by working with local/regional counter-parts
- Identify existing losses, prioritize and lead problem solving and develop yourself and team.
