Position 1 : Sales Operation Admin Intern
Role and Responsibility - Sales Admin Support A. Managing vehicle registration documents B. VISTA Tagging handling (Internal Order and Sales System) C. Tax invoice / Customs clearance voucher D. Ageing stock daily update and showroom car status report E. Duty Free / Rent car / Handicapped car document handling
- Import Car Market Intelligence A. KAIDA monthly report analysis B. Import car market trend analysis by brand & segment C. Korea import car market report to headquarter
Academic Qualification Bachelor’s degree in business administration or automotive industry related majors are preferred.
Skills, Experiences required 1. Excellence skill in Excel and data management (mining, cleansing, migration & analysis) 2. Passion for Automotive industry 3. Strategic thinking and high communication skill 4. Team player, Proactive & Positive behavior 5. Strategic business management, data management and reporting skill 6. Global open mind and fluent in both spoken and written English |
Position 2 : Finance Intern
Role and Responsibility JOB OBJECTIVES 1. Journal Entry in ERP system 2. Assist in filing VAT 3. BS accounts reconciliation and review including bank accounts 4. Provide any ad hoc support as required by the finance & accounting team. 5. Overall financial areas.
INTERNSHIP PROJECT ·Title : Parts operational process identification and improvement ·Ideal Output : - Provide full picture of company to the intern for his experience and knowledge. - Based on that company can achieve process improvement with identifying - weakness and reinforce its strong points with changing process when it is required to do.
Academic Qualification Bachelor’s degree in business administration preferred.
