Job Description:

·Account payable processing for vendor and staff expenses

·Correspondence with report supporting team in Region or Local Regulator.

 

Business Description:

Finance team is a dynamic group that performs a wide array of activities at JP Morgan. Responsibilities of the group include:

·       Legal Entity Control – Local and US regulatory reporting and accounting supervision and advisory services and tax reporting. Advisory to local business managers on relevant local regulations, ratios and permissible activities within the location. Oversee day to day Finance operation like expense processing and execute month end closing process.

·       Management Information Services – providing timely, accurate control reporting on revenues, expenses, and other control indicators to management on a regular basis, coordinating with overseas offices and preparing budgets.

·       Business Control – Dedicated resources to support the various asset management businesses in terms of profitability reporting, and facilitating new products and business opportunities and decisions. Projects – Financial System implementation and enhancement as well as ad hoc projects.

 

Qualification:

· 0 - 2 years experience at Finance team of Foreign Financial Institution Preferred

· Major of Accounting preferred

· Good Korean & English communication skills.

· Strong PC skill in Excel

· detail oriented with vigilant, proactive attitude

· reasonable problem solving skills, analytical ability and interpersonal skills
