Internal Job Title : CTS IT Staff – Junior System Developer(사원, 대리급)

1. Job Summary:
This is an application development and support role for the business. This focuses on providing technology solutions with respect to overall middle office to back office IT application especially OTC business. The responsibilities will include developing in-house application system, analysis of business requirement and corporate with the appropriate regional teams to meet exact user’s satisfaction with timely manner.
2. Principal Tasks:
- Development/Support of middle/back office systems (Risk management, settlement, products control, financial reporting. etc applications)
- Support of various Regional and Vendor system like BOKWire, Safe. ect.
- Liaise with the business to deliver a superior service and provide solutions as requested.
- Identify potential problems and deriving pre-emptive solutions
- Implement software solutions to effectively automate manually intensive user tasks
3. Education & Professional Qualifications Required:
- Technical Skills: VBA/Visual Basic/Excel, Relational Databases & SQL, One or more of: C++, C, Java
- OTC business knowledge is preferred but not essential
- Must be a fast learner
- Must be proactive & work initiatively
- Must have programming skill
- Excellence in communication skills and English skills
- Excellence in solving problem both Technical and Business related
- Excellence in team work
- Work experience in the Banking/Financial industry is preferred but entry level is also applicable
- Experience in the development of medium to large applications is preferred
- Experience of user support role is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or higher. Expecting BA in Feb 2015 is also applicable under the condition of immediate joining.
