Job Title : In Market Analyst (사원)
Function : First Point APAC - HR
Context
- First Point APAC will launch in March 2015 and will provide HR support services to Diageo APAC markets.
- First Point will be a dynamic, exciting and forward thinking place to work with a commitment to excellent customer service and the continuous improvement of the delivery of HR services to the business
Top Accoutabilities
- Takes ownership for and resolves any complex, market specific queries referred to them that require either detailed market knowledge or a face to face intervention.
- Provide training and occasional support to employees and line managers on Workday and processes
- Areas to support : Reporting, Benefit, Employee Life Cycle, Data mgmt., etc.
· Works seamlessly with the First Point Manila to ensure consistency of service to HR, Employees and Line managers.
· Focus on providing superior customer experiences through building their passion, capability and stakeholder management skills.
Qualification
- Entry level or 1~3 years of experience in HR related field
- Fluent both in English and in Korean
- Performance driven-mindset
- Communication
- Can see both the minute detail as well as the bigger picture when needed
- Proactively finding solutions
- Aptitude for technology
