3. Customer Service performance reporting support
- Parts & Accessory sales performance
- Warranty trend analysis
- Extended Warranty Support
4. Service network operation monitoring
- Monthly Service Retention Calculation
- Daily News clipping for competitors activities
5. Others
INTERNSHIP PROJECT
Project 1
1. Title : Service Plan & ASAP implementation support
2. Purpose : Support documentation for Service Plan
3. Ideal Output : Weekly & monthly timing plan & Creative material for Implementation
Project 2
1. Title : DMS new system implementation support
2. Purpose : Support manual and routine role of data mining, cleansing and migration from legacy DM to new DMS DB
3. Ideal Output : Cleansed customer data in new DMS with key ID & high accuracy rate
Academic Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or automotive industry related majors are preferred.
